Okay, so I’ve been eating SO bad lately. I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last month. While it feels nice to lose the weight I’ve taken enough nutrition classes and read enough to know that the way I’m losing it is REALLY unhealthy. I keep telling myself that once I’ve gotten moved and things are somewhat normal in San Jose I’ll work on losing it the healthy way. I think that if I had somebody to enjoy meals with I’d be better about wanting to actually take the time to sit down and EAT SOMETHING!
