I’m only posting this because Ben said it was ‘Blogable’. 😉

My mom told me Wednesday morning that her hands were dry and asked for some lotion. I told her to try the bathroom counter. A minute later she comes back and says there is none there… I’m trying to get dressed and not feeling particularly well so I tell her to check the bed or the nightstand becuase I had used it on my legs there after getting out of the shower.

About two minutes later I walk into the bedroom and she is rubbing her hands together with this completely perplexed look on her face… I’d say it was my moms best attempt at a WTF look. I ask her, ‘Did you find it?’ And she answers, ‘If you meant the KY, then yes.’

I reached down and pulled the lotion out from behind a cover and she promptly RAN to the bathroom and washed her hands.

My mom, Cameron and Grandma came and went. And you’d think that while my gandma was here I’m have taken a picture of the four generations of girls alltogether. I bet you thought that I’d have taken a SINGLE picture the whole time too, huh?? Well you are wrong! Blarg. I just had too much going on.

It was awsome to get to spend time with her anyway. And she took lots of pictures… the kind that you have to print out on PAPER to see. I didn’t know those still EXISTED! When she send them to me I’ll scan them.

And my head had been pounding for the last 2 hours. I don’t think that it has anyting to do with the fact that Cassidy made the trip to B-town to spend four days with her father. Jesus, can you actually have six year old WITHDRAWLS!?

I’ll have a full post about how I came up with the name and all that jazz soon.

Right now if I don’t get off the comptuer and let my brother play a little while I think he might actually DIE. I’m such a nice sister. Offering up MY computer in MY house so that HE doens’t DIE!

For the last week I’d noticed that my boob/mole scar had gotten tender. The doctor told me to expect that as it would take awhile for the wound to heal internally…

Then this morning I saw that it was really red and put some pressure on the skin around it and it immediately started bleeding. It’s opened up about 1/4 inch on the right hand side and the worst part… puss came out too. Just a little bit but enough for me not to be comfortable having an infection so close to my heart.

I have an apartement at 9:20 this morning to get it looked at.

EDIT @ 12:07PM – It turns out that my body rejected one of the internal stitches and my right breast is in the process of a mad protest. In the next few days the stitch will be pushed out and it will heal back up.

It turns out a womens breast is even picker then the woman it is on!

Christopher Reeve has died, his publicist has said.

The 52-year-old fell into a coma on Saturday after suffering a cardiac arrest at his New York home.

Reeve had been paralysed from the neck down in a near-fatal horse-riding accident nine years ago.

The former actor spent most of his time since in a wheelchair and became an advocate for spinal cord research.

I just watched Superman 3 the other day. I love those movies… even now. I always saw Christopher Reeve’s as this tough guy that could save the world. When I would see him in that wheel chair it was almost too hard to believe that it was him. He had such a will to live. Vowing to the day he was gone that he’d walk again someday. Hopefully somebody else will stand up to help Michael J Fox in the fight for stem cell research.

Cassidy has SOOO much energy… She’s one of those kids that goes and goes and goes and goes and goes full steam ahead untill she finally just STOPS and falls asleep wherever she happens to be SITTING at the time:

At least she got all the dolls around her tucked in before she fell asleep!!! 😉

Ben and I are leaving Cassidy with a babysitter tonight for the first time since I’ve lived up here and we are going on a DATE. A real date. Like, the dinner and a movie kind of date. 😳

I lightened my hair today. This is probably as close to my natural color as I’ve been in 10 years. I’m telling you, this box hair color is WAY too easy.
